Terrific service, newly decorated double room with clean towels etc as well as coffee facilities. Easy check-in, late check-out, best staff. Excellent and perfect spot not far from the beach and restaurants, al the restaurants and nearby shops and bars.

Every time in Port de Alcudia we stay in this hotel. In overall, the place is luxury, has dedicated and best staff at the reception desk. Their breakfast option with shampoo etc included and fried eggs, as for instance is good quality and rich, put others we have been to shame! The location is central.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week-long vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. We enjoyed the nightly shows and the themed dinners, which offered a nice variety of cuisines. The pool area, complete with a swim-up bar, was fantastic, and our room with a pool-view balcony was simply amazing. it was a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience.

The location for Port de Alcudia was prime and quiet, close enough to a magnificent sandy beach which provides safe bathing for all, the harbour the old town and good supermarket. A safe, an electronic key card and a work desk inside the double room were handy. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

I've had a really nice stay in the last night of our stay. The property was fairly clean, featured modern design, I appreciated it. The king room I got was included with nice view, beautiful bathroom, as for instance. The setting of hotel was magnificent and perfect, to Bellaverde restaurant in Pollenca.
Entertainment was missed.
